AP Osinbanjo To Commission Projects In Cross River, Says Gov.Ayade


Nigeria Acting President, Prof. Yemi Osinbanjo, is expected to be in Calabar, the Cross River State capital on June 1, 2017.
While in the State capital, the VP is expected to commission some projects embarked upon by the Cross River State government.
The State Governor, Benedict Ayade, disclosed this to Journalists shortly after inspecting some ongoing world class projects in Calabar.
According to Ayade, the state is fully prepared to host the Acting President who intend to spend the whole day with the people of Cross River state.
“As you can see we are here running up and down for the Acting President’s visit.
“As we are getting ready, it gives us the opportunity to calibrate our efforts to see what we have done and where we need structural changes, setting the numeric framework that we need to institute while we wait for his reception.”
The governor added that the contractors are working tirelessly towards increasing the spate of work in anticipation of the Acting President’s visit.
