Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has approved the appointment of Mr Harold Augustus Koko as Senior Special Assistant on Protocol to the Rivers State Governor.
The new Senior Special Assistant to the Rivers State Governor on Protocol was Nigeria’s Ambassador to Serbia between June 2012 and January 2016.
He was also Minister/Head of Chancery/Administration and Political and Bilateral Desks, Embassy of Nigeria; Spain between 2009 and 2012.
